Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:

Provide day-to-day office assistance/support by performing administrative tasks, and by providing payments assistance with receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Admin Assistant Job Duties:

  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintains employee files
  • Documents Human Resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Analyzes expense reports; record entries; issues reimbursement checks
  • Monitors accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

Requirements:

  • Must have good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, the use of internet and emails, and related office software.
  • Must have a professional and hygienic appearance.
